My event is not for three months…when should I place my order?
You can place your order at any time and we will not produce your chocolate until just prior to your requested ship date. By placing your order early, this guarantees a production spot for your order at the time you want it produced. We recommend that you request to receive your chocolate about two weeks before your event.

How should I store my chocolate once I receive it?
Chocolate is best kept at temperatures between 63 and 75 degrees F. In most cases, an air conditioned home or office is perfect. Your chocolates should not be refrigerated or frozen, as this reduces the shelf life. It is also important that you store your chocolate four inches off the floor and at least four inches away from any walls. This allows proper circulation of air around the chocolate products. It is also crucial that you avoid storing your chocolate near materials with strong odors. Chocolate absorbs any nearby odor, thus altering the flavor of the product.

How long will the chocolate stay fresh once I receive it?
Depending on the product, shelf life does vary. Our chocolate coins, cigars, hearts, and casino chips have a shelf life of approximately nine months. Truffles, molded chocolates, and Candid Candy™ Photo Chocolates will stay at peak freshness for approximately two months.

My event is in the summer…won't my chocolates melt during shipping?
No. We guarantee your chocolate will not melt during shipping. During summer months we use only expedited delivery services such as UPS Overnight. Your chocolates are “double packed” in a box within a box surrounded by Styrofoam insulation. We monitor temperatures nationwide daily and include frozen gel packs with your chocolates when needed at no additional charge to you.

I don't know how many guests I'll be having yet…how do I know how many chocolates to order?
Place your order for the approximate number of chocolates that you think you'll need. You can adjust your order quantity up or down once you receive your RSVPs. Your quantity can be adjusted until one week prior to your ship date.

How do I send my photo or artwork?
You can email your photo or artwork to us. All submissions should be a minimum of 300 dpi and can be any of the following file formats: eps, psd, ai, tif, jpg, gif, or pdf. If you do not have an electronic version to send, you can send your picture or artwork to us through regular mail at:

Do you have a catalog?
You can download a product catalog right from any page of our website by clicking on the “e-catalog” link. By eliminating traditional paper catalogs, we are able to keep our costs down and offer lower prices on our chocolate products.
